In the days leading up to Christmas, I really love to kindle that Holiday spark by crawling behind the TV and watch the ultimate Christmas movies. But out of so many options, which ones are the best? In the name of research, I viewed almost every Christmas movie that I could get my hands on and picked out my top 10 to share with you:
One of the things which brings me into the ultimate Christmas spirit is going to Christmas markets. Eating a warm waffle, drinking some glühwein, buying some ornaments for your tree and maybe even skating around the ice rink,… nothing more fun than enjoying these pleasures with friends and family. Everybody knows of the most famous ones in London, Paris, Amsterdam, etc. But which Christmas markets are the most beautiful and fun to visit in Belgium?
Leading up to Christmas, I love having a pile of books ready for those rainy, cold days on which I love to snuggle up with a fluffy blanket. To stick to the theme, I picked out a couple of works of literature which are perfect to get into the Holiday spirit:
Now we are getting closer to the end of the year, the temperatures here in Europe are dropping and the days are turning darker. On Blogmas Day 2, I’ll therefor present you a capsule Winter Wardrobe: 5 trends/ items which make sure you have everything you need to face the coldest days in style.
Welcome to the first day of my first year of BLOGMAS! I have always been a big fan of Vlogmas myself, the famous phenomenon where vloggers count down the days to Christmas by posting a video from the 1st of December onwards. This blogpost will be a very personal one, in which I tell you about my own experiences after my break-up. Don’t expect any ‘tips and tricks’ or anything like that on how to overcome a break-up, because you simply don’t. Not really. But more about that further on.
I never thought I would write this, but – even for me – it is too hot. We just managed to overcome last week’s heatwave and already another one is on its way. I personally love a nice warm summer, but since I am stuck in my non air-conditioned room writing my bachelor paper, it feels like my brain is slowly starting to melt. Time for a blogpost break if you ask me! I present you with some of my summer essentials which make the upcoming heatwave somewhat bearable:
