Hello everyone! My second exam went quite well, so I’m rewarding myself (and you!) with a new blog post. That fact that my finals are going so well might be the work of the capsules that I received from Alvityl, thanks to Fabrizia Ferrelli, from bureau Franck Drapeau. Read on to know more:
First, I was quite skeptic about the capsules, because I don’t really like taking any medication. But after reading what was in the capsules, I figured it could do me no harm. What students do for good exams! Now, the ingredients exist out of Omega 3, Vitamin B3, B6, D, E, Magnesium and Zinc. This should guaranty a better memory and improved concentration. For me, especially that last element was convincing, as I have the concentration of a goldfish (no, but really, while studying, everything seems more interesting than my course material). I also thought, if it doesn’t help, at least I got in a lot of vitamins and minerals! Omega 3 is great for the heart too, and Vitamin B3 plays a big part in the energy supply of cells and in the functioning of the nervous system, and last but not least it is important for a healthy skin! Vitamin D on the other hand is important to help preventing getting sick, and Magnesium makes sure you have your stress under control and assists your body from getting energy out of your food. Could be worse right?
The first week I felt over all more energetic, but I can’t really say if I could attribute that to the capsules as I also had some ‘lesser’ days. I too couldn’t say if there was an improvement on my concentration. The second week, I had the feeling that focusing on my books went a whole lot better than usual. But, that might be related to the fact that I am an enormous procrastinator and if I need to do everything in a short amount of time, I mostly am able to spend hours studying without breaks. This said, I had the feeling that I could remember more than usual. I also felt fresh and energized, but since I try to eat very healthy in my exam period (most of the other time of the year too, but then I tend to have more cheat days) that is quite normal.
At the end of the day, I had a good feeling about the capsules, because they’re so full of vitamins and minerals. They are good for your body anyway, and if it has an effect on your concentration and memory, well so the better. However, I doubt if my feeling of being so energized could be contributed to the capsules. I have taking the capsules two weeks, and took two capsules a day, like the prescription said, and I did have the feeling that I could remember things better and longer.
What do you think? Do you have as much problems on concentrating as me? And would you consider taking the Alvityl capsules? Let me know in the comments!
